What is your
policy for the 24/7 support?
We do offer 24/7 support via email
only. In most cases, we will reply to emails as soon as
they come in, but there will be times when your email may
not be replied to in a timely manner, especially late at
night or on Holidays.

login info to one of your sites, what should I do?
Most of our websites enables any member
to retrieve their login information. On the login page
of the site, you will see a button or link called Need
Login Info. Click on the button or link, and you
will redirected to a page that will prompt you for an email
address. Enter your email address, and the site will
send your login information. It may take a few minutes
to get your email, but it will arrive.

How long
does it take to process payments?
Most of our websites accept Checks or
PayPal payments. If you sign up as a paying member
using a check, it will take between 3-5 business days to
retrieve and process that check. If you use PayPal,
most payments are processed instantly, but sometimes this
can take up to a few hours, especially on a Holiday or late
at night.

We need a
customized application, why should we use your company?
When it comes to development, we have
many years of experience. We can do almost
anything. If we find that the project timeline is not
acceptable, or maybe it's to complicated, we will be upfront
about it. We will even help you find that right people
to do it. Our concern is making sure you get what you
are looking for. (Back to

Are you
capable of maintenance support on a legacy system?
Yes, we do have experience at DOS and
Windows 3.1 based applications. But, we would have to
analyze your system to better understand exactly what is
going on. Many older applications rely on 3rd Party
modules that may or may not be supported by the company or
author who initially owned them. If the maintenance
support included modifying these modules, this could result
in a "No, we can't do that". As for the core
code, this is really not an issue. (Back to

Are you
familiar with wireless networks?
Yes, and we prefer doing wireless
networks over wired. When dealing with residential and
small businesses, many people are not comfortable in the
cosmetic work that is done in order to setup a wired
network. In most cases, it's easier and cheaper to
setup an 801.11a/b/g Router and connect the clients using an
USB or Wireless Network Adapter. As for security, we
can make the wireless network just as secured as a wired
network. (Back to
